NOAH’s story begins with decades of experience analyzing precipitation patterns, studying flooding behavior and runoff responses to storm events, followed by designing flood defenses and stormwater management for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional facilities in many municipal areas in Canada and around the world. Our genesis as a climate technology company comes from combining world class civil engineering with advanced physics-based simulation capabilities.

Our founders started NOAH by deploying decades of experience working on global engineering solutions in hydrologic and stormwater management industries. A track record of innovations in flood management and flood defense includes serving large scale commercial real estate clients, municipalities and civil engineering firms.
In addition to their technical expertise, NOAH is backed by prior success creating and leading global companies in marine robotics, physical simulation software, machine learning and climate technology, with enterprise clients ranging from Rio Tinto, Nokia and IKEA to Apple, Sony and Nike, as well as governments in North America, Asia, and South America.
